GRAND RIVER KAYAK FISHING
Come join us on our home waters the Grand River. We have been providing guided Grand River kayak fishing in Ontario for the past 10 years now, and it has become one of our most popular trips. Long known as a classic paddling river and listed as a Canadian Heritage River, the Grand offers up some fantastic smallmouth bass fishing no matter where you plan to fish it. The upper Grand is well known as a world-class brown trout fishery but is not accessible by kayak. The real kayak fishing opportunities start around Kitchener and continue on to Port Maitland at Lake Erie. Mid Grand from Kitchener-Waterloo to Brantford offers great smallmouth fishing, plus northern pike and to a lesser extent walleye. Lower Grand from Paris to Port Maitland is where the diversity of the fishery really starts to show, and catches of steelhead, resident trout, northern pike, and walleye really start to increase.
